Roles & Responsibilities:
The Product specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the strengthening of identified agricultural subsectors. He will also responsible to perform on-site installation and planning development issues and to advice the customer regarding upgrades and training. He will also propose pesticides for crop protection and processing.
1.Conducting research and providing advice on agricultural practices.
2.Field visits continuously to the market & customers.
3.Developing and implementing agricultural strategies.
4.Providing advice on pest control.
5.Organizing and implementing farm management systems.
6.Responsible to assist the customer the proper training, operation, and maintenance procedures.
7.Determining customer technical needs and qualifying new machinery products and other services or equipment’s to meet their requirements.
8.Assisting and supporting sales team in making technical presentations.
9.Understanding the current and future operational support needs of customers.
10.Ensure that stated safety policies, procedures and instructions are adhered to and that the necessary records and checks are always maintained.
11.Market survey, research & analysis.
12.Possess good team’s skills.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in same Field
Must have valid Kuwait Driving License
Transferable Residence
Age 35 years and below
Fluent in English & Arabic ( Written & Spoken )
Computer Skills ( Word, Excel & PowerPoints
